ISBN/ISSN and ISMN Service
The National Agency for issuing ISBN/ISSN and ISMN in Sri Lanka is the National Library and Documentation Services Board. We provide the service of obtaining ISBNs/ISSNs and ISMNs for University publications collaborating with the National Library of Sri Lanka. This service is offered only for the institutional publications and not be applicable to individual publications.
The National Library and Documentation Services Board agree to provide ISBN/ISSN and ISMN numbers within four working days after the payment if there are no technical issues. Payments should be made as per the instructions provided by the National Library.
